The Plaintiff's Account of the Incident
Dave Gantt tells Judge Judy her father smashed her TV with a bottle.
This happened during an altercation at her home.
She says her father was drinking too much.
She asked him to stop.

She told him to slow down.

He was just sitting there.
The Second Bottle
Dave Gantt was still in the kitchen.
Her father was at the table.
He was still drinking alcohol.

Her mother was coming over for Sunday dinner.
Bobbie Gantt asked Dave Gantt to take him to the store.
She couldn't because she was cooking.

As he was leaving, he swung the bottle again.
The bottle was in the bag.
It hit her 55-inch TV.
Her young son was sitting nearby.
Glass shattered everywhere.
