A Car Loan Dispute Lands in Court
Imagine walking into Judge Judy's courtroom.

The Plaintiff's Fiance, Not Her Son
Miss Sneed is the plaintiff.
She brings her fiance to court.
Judge Judy asks about Miss Sneed's son, Daniel.

Judge Judy states Daniel has everything to do with the case.
The loan was made to the marriage.
Miss Sneed explains Daniel did not come.
She says Hannah wanted the car.
Hannah wanted to pay for it.
Judge Judy clarifies that the car was marital property.
The Car Loan and Child Support

Miss Sneed states she made a loan or co-signed for a car.
This happened while Hannah and Daniel were married.
Judge Judy then asks about child support.
They have three children.
Miss Sneed says Daniel is court-ordered to pay $490 a month.
But he pays "oddball numbers."

He does not pay on schedule.
Hannah states the car broke down in October 2013.

Hannah stopped making payments in February 2014.
She could not afford a non-running car.

Hannah took the car to Missouri with her children in May 2013.
She confirms it was the only family car.
This was when she and Daniel were together.
Whose Name Was On It?
Miss Sneed states she signed for a loan on October 19, 2011.
Hannah signed on December 28, 2011.

It did not matter whose name was on it.

The "Family Car" Argument

It was for Hannah to go to work.
