The Plaintiff's Expected Payment
Judge Judy asks how much five days of paid vacation amounts to.

She struggles to recall his last name.
Judge Judy presses her.
"What do you mean?
You can't think of this last name."
Miss Clark says Mike is a friend of hers.
Judge Judy is incredulous.
"You mean you left an invalid old lady in the care of a male whose last name you don't know."
Miss Clark tries to clarify that Mike went to get the ice.
Miss Porels interjects.
She mentions a lady named Diana who sat with Donna for a couple of hours.
She then refers to the male who was there when Miss Clark was not.
Miss Clark insists she never left Mike there by himself with Donna.
Judge Judy asks if Miss Clark and Mike stayed there together.
Miss Clark's answer is confusing.
She says he was there, then says he wasn't there at all.
Judge Judy tells her to get her story straight.
Miss Clark admits she doesn't remember Mike's last name.
She says he was a friend she called to help her out because she was "overwhelmed."
Judge Judy Loses Patience
Judge Judy asks what overwhelmed Miss Clark.
Miss Clark claims when she first arrived on Mother's Day evening, Donna was covered in jello.
She says Donna was soaking wet.
Miss Clark states she was already working.
She claims she asked Miss Porels to get someone else to cover that day.
Judge Judy's demeanor changes.
"I am not predisposed to help you," she states.
She clarifies she was predisposed to help until about 30 seconds ago.
She believes people who work should get paid.
But she is not convinced Miss Clark worked.
She is not convinced how much Miss Clark worked.
She is not convinced Miss Clark had Donna's best interests at heart.
A Witness Takes the Stand
Judge Judy notes Miss Clark cannot prove she was there every day.
She says she doesn't know how much Miss Clark was there.
She calls the situation a "wake-up message."
"Don't rely on strangers to take care of your elderly parents," she warns.
A woman in the audience speaks up.
She says she knows Miss Clark was there.
She states Donna needs 24-hour care.
She claims it is very hard work.
She also says she knows "Dee" was there every day.
Judge Judy asks the woman to stand up.
Her name is Sydney.
The Witness's Credibility Falters
Judge Judy asks Sydney how she knows Miss Clark was there every day.
Sydney says she lives nearby.
She mentions she and Miss Clark were "enemies at that time."
Judge Judy interrupts Sydney.
She asks her to try to say a sentence without the word "like."
Sydney struggles.
Judge Judy then asks who was there all day on Mother's Day.
She reminds Sydney that Miss Clark herself said she wasn't there all day.
Miss Clark arrived at night.
Judge Judy tells Sydney to sit down.
Judge Judy's Final Thoughts
Judge Judy reflects on the situation.
She says it's not good to get old without someone who cares.
She believes neither Miss Clark nor Miss Porels had Donna's best interests at heart.
Even though Miss Porels gets paid for it.
"I'm not predisposed to helping you," Judge Judy tells Miss Clark.

She condemns Miss Clark for leaving Donna.
Donna clearly cannot take care of herself.
Sydney confirmed Donna needs 24-hour care.
