Dog Breeder Denies Scamming Groomer (Page 2 of 2)

Judge Judy asks for the name and address of the vet.

She states Mrs. Albers does not know what she is doing.

Mrs. Albers sold one puppy for $800.

She sold two others for $500 each.

She bought the shots and de-wormer from a feed store.

Mrs. Albers claims Miss Parker suggested this.

Judge Judy explains that feed stores sell parvo shots for $8.

She says people administer them themselves like insulin shots.

Mrs. Albers says the instructions are in the envelope.

Judge Judy dismisses this explanation.

The Case is Dismissed

Judge Judy asks Mrs. Albers what she is suing for.

Mrs. Albers states she was supposed to get papers for the puppies.

This was part of the breeding agreement.

Judge Judy tells her she will not get any papers.

She hopes Mrs. Albers will not breed the dog again.

Mrs. Albers says she did not want to breed the dog again.

Judge Judy dismisses Mrs. Albers' case.

She also calls Miss Parker's countersuit ridiculous.

Miss Parker received four puppies.

She got her pick of the litter.

She also got the second dog she was entitled to.

One of the puppies had one ear.

Miss Parker says they donated that puppy to Dogs for Heroes.

Mrs. Albers confirms this was the puppy they donated.

Mrs. Albers claims the puppies had health certificates.

She says Florida law requires them for selling dogs.

Miss Parker presents screenshots from Facebook.

These show Mrs. Albers advertising puppies at five weeks old.

Mrs. Albers claimed they were eight weeks old and ready for new homes.

Miss Parker says Mrs. Albers was lying to people.

Miss Parker disputes this.

Miss Parker shows a post from October 11th.

Mrs. Albers stated the puppies were ready for homes now.

She also said she had one puppy left.

Mrs. Albers explains people had already paid for them.

Miss Parker mentions animal control visited Mrs. Albers' house.

She also points out a post about AKC registration.

Mrs. Albers claims this was after the fact.

She says she listed them that way because of the breeding agreement.

She tells Mrs. Albers she is "ahead of the game."
